Do you offer your first class for free?
Your first class is only $10.
What should I wear?
Athletic wear. We recommend either long or capri leggings and a workout top. Bare feet or grippy socks can be worn. For TRX Barre, athletic sneakers are required.
What should I expect from the class?
Barre fitness is all about tiny pulsing and tucking movements. At Endure Barre, we take it up a notch by incorporating cardio elements designed to get your heart rate up and increase endurance.

How long are the classes?
Each class is 50 minutes.
Are your classes suitable for all fitness levels?
Absolutely! Our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels. We always give high and low impact options, as well as modifications. At Endure Barre, we are here to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. Feel free to chat with us before or after class with any concerns.
How early should I arrive for class?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class time.
Can I take your class if I am pregnant?
Yes! We offer modifications in all classes for our prenatal clients. As with any new fitness regiment, it is best to consult your doctor to be sure you are cleared for exercise.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask out of respect for others that you cancel at least three hours before your scheduled class time and by 9PM the night before for any 5:45am classes. Late fees will be charged at the rate of $10 if a class is canceled after the time allotment.
Do you have restrooms/showers?
We have one restroom with toiletries so you can freshen up after your workout and a changing room.
Do you have parking?
Yes! We have 8 spaces behind our studio, the lot is solely for Endure Barre clients. You can access from 6th st or 7th st by turning onto Barrett Way, the lot is labeled for Endure Barre. There is typically ample street parking available in front of the building too.
